Didn’t make it before the cut-off? Your time will still be recorded and you can always continue your ride, it just won’t count as an official finish.
The Route
From Gouda to the Luxembourg border and back, the Borderline700 follows a fixed 700 km asphalt route packed with challenge and adventure. Along the way riders must collect stamps at three manned checkpoints to stay in classification.
The journey takes you through the rolling hills of Limburg, across the climbs at the Luxembourg border and back over the steep punishing roads of the Belgian Ardennes before returning to Gouda.
Every kilometer tests body and mind and whether you race for time or ride for adventure, the experience never stops.
Get a sneak peek of the route, the official GPX file will be released in November.

Follow the race
During the Borderline700, every rider carries a GPS tracker. This doesn’t just add safety, it also makes the race come alive online. Friends, family and fans can follow the moving dots on a live map, refreshing as riders push through day and night.
Alongside the map, a live leaderboard keeps track of times and positions, so you can see who’s chasing checkpoints, who’s leading and who’s just grinding it out to the finish.
Dotwatching makes the Borderline700 more than a race on the road, it becomes a shared experience for everyone watching from home.
